What do we look for?

Possess a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree in any stream.

- Have 1-2 years of experience in Production Support with software development, particularly in web application development.

- Develop and maintain web applications using popular web frameworks, with a preference for Django.

- Utilize expertise in SQL and relational databases to design and manage interactive applications effectively.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of web technologies into business applications.

- Update and resolve incidents, service requests, and tickets raised by the L1 Engineers within the defined SLA.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and configure new releases, patches, and updates to production environments.

- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for the resolution of escalated issues and service improvements.

-Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.

What do we look for?

-Proficient in Python programming language.

- Experience with Django framework for web development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other web technologies.

- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases like Postgres and MySQL.

- Familiarity with IDEs and web development tools.

- Hands-on experience with Linux and Git

- Having Docker knowledge will be a Plus point.

-Having AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3, EC2, etc.) knowledge will be a Plus point.

- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology Degree in any stream.

- Hands on experience with Linux and Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
