About the Role?

 

There is expectation on candidate's flexibility on work timings.This is a 6 months paid internship  

 

What will you do?

 

  • Call on leads to identify prospects based in the US Market and navigate them with the qualification process to identify decision-makers.
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
  • Assist in making presentations and demos for tasks related to US market
  • Create, maintain, and update market collaterals for the US Market.
  • Record outbound call history and customer response in detail.
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  • Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs, and other material.
  • Understand customer business requirements and respond to customer inquiries to resolve them.
